Cook toor dal (pigeon peas) until soft. Add tamarind extract, vegetables (like drumstick, brinjal, carrot, or beans), and boil. Mix MTR Sambar Masala with water and add to the boiling mixture.Simmer until the flavors blend well and finish with a tempering of mustard seeds & curry leaves.
